Helping emerging talent develop practical and effective leadership skills faster.
ROD STREET
What is the biggest leadership challenge facing organisations of all sizes?
We are playing leadership catch-up.
For a rare few, leadership is innate. For most, leadership is learned – through experience, coaching, self-reflection and guidance. It takes time.
And we are playing catch-up, as people taking on more senior roles are often promoted because they are good at what they do, but quickly face expanded responsibilities requiring swift decision-making, delegation, objective setting, people management, communication and strategic planning.
This is where inexperienced leaders often face their biggest challenges (potentially exacerbated by reduced in-person interaction post-Covid) as they navigate new, higher-stakes responsibilities without all the necessary skills.
